The Flight of Fear

It can swallow us whole.
Eat us.
Our response to a trigger inside. Something the brain tells us.
To leave.
Be afraid of.
Wilt away from.
Unable to face.
Is it anxiety or an emotion?
Inside of us the turmoil rips and tares.
It stings.
Resting heavy.
Akin to the darkness of the night.
Intuitively, you know. Soon this fear shall pass.
Yet, our heart plays tricks.
The mind says so. The body listens.
But, like the surge of an airplane taking off. We can also choose to let it go.
To leave it behind.
Watch the gush of water sparkling over shiny rocks in a forest flowing steadily downstream.
There is no turning back.
Stand tall.
Let it go.
Feel how the love of the Universe abounds.
Look up.
Focus.
Let the stars in the sky take the flight of your fears away.

Love it Out

It’s what you say that counts. How you say it.
The universe listens.
Always.
From the heart. What you talk about goes out there.
Then it comes back.
Depends how much love you put into it, as to how strong the return will be.
I personally reflect a lot on the power of our minds.
Through sickness, in issues of drama, in days when all hope seems lost.
Daylight lingers longer. Our psyches adjust. Yet veins of our demise swirl in the news. What can we do? Are we doing enough?
Never.
Not unless, you send it out there.
Miracles happen. Circumstances unexplained. It can be done.
By sending love. Hope and love to the Universe. There’s power in the now. I believe it. Each hour and in every day. Try it.
If everyone in the world put out an ounce of love each hour, the dreams of today may unfold tomorrow.
We don’t know much about the “what ifs.” Yet in contemplating the hope, what can we do? We can speak now. Say it. Say it often.
Elevate the reason. Not to hasten the need.
To love and to be loved.
No more hindering hope.
We can love it out.

Facebook Friends

Saw I had an option to upgrade Facebook in my in box today. How fluid of them. Constantly evolving. Always changing. When I was first introduced to Facebook it was through my pal Neat Pete From Down the Street. He sent me a friend request. Said it was a great way to keep in touch with my friends.  All the University kids were doing it. His step-son had hooked him.
What he didn’t say was that it is also a great way to meet new friends. Seriously. I’m in ah at how many new friends I’ve made through Facebook. As well as business type acquaintances, which I probably never would of tangled with otherwise.
I often thought when it comes to on-line dating, that it’s an un-universe directed way to meet-up with the one. I suppose now with what the universe is flooded with as far as Facebook and Linked In goes that it’s probably ok with the universe.
Don’t you think!
Friend request sent.
