Age gaps sure are
noticeable when it comes to the “I” generation.
Every conversation
gets interrupted with, “Oh I did this or I did that.”
Bragging rights or a
big ego? A bit of both perhaps.
I keep quiet.
A past family member I recalled today used to make
conversations circle around her with her constant inappropriate anecdotal
reminiscing.
Which made me think. Years ago after
reading Eckart Tolle’s, A New Earth, Awakening to Your Life's Purpose I realized “I” don’t need
to be “I’ing all that me, me, me, stuff anymore.
The time is now. Time now for the listening.
I've already been around.

I think the point is how much to love your self and get enough consumed that there is no one else in the world...haha i knw a lot of ppl like that
Suppose you can look at it that way. Also to accept what is and around you and to be content so no matter what anyone else says you're ok with who you are. No competition for acceptance anotherwards...
